Tharp Family Week

What a busy week! We were social butterflies all week seeing members of the Tharp family every day.  Monday we saw Aunt Briana, Uncle Brett and Uncle Tony for dinner.  Tuesday we saw Bah, Aunt Kait and Uncle Jack at Kait's softball game.  Wednesday we spent the day with Grandma Louise at our house, planting flowers.  Thursday we had lunch with Aunt Briana and Friday Pops came over at lunchtime for a visit.  Lily is one popular lady!

Kait's Softball Game

Today Lily and I went to Kaitlyn's softball game at Delaware Valley College.  It was cold and windy but it was so nice to see Aunt Kait, Uncle Jack and Bah (Karen).  Especially Bah because she always has cute clothing for Lily! :) Kait played great, she had a clutch play at 3rd base for the Aggies. Way to go, Kait!

Sibling Dinner

Tonight we had dinner with Aunt Briana, Uncle Brett and Uncle Tony while Dad was at his volleyball game in Philly.  It was so great to see everyone!
Aunt Briana got to feed Lily then used her magic touch to bounce Lily on the couch to keep her happy. Way to go!

Lily just loved Uncle Tony! She buried her head into his chest, grabbed onto his collar and fell asleep...sitting up! Here's Tony mimicking the sleeping beauty.

Lily started to cheer when Uncle Brett held her.  :)

Happy Monday!

Happy Monday everyone! Lily and I are very happy today is here.  This past weekend was girls weekend.  Daddy went to Pittsburgh to visit friends for the NFL draft.  Boy, was being a single parent tough.  Kudos to all the single Moms out there! We were very excited when Daddy got home!

Lily got to visit Uncle Brett on Saturday night for a few hours while my friend, Gina and I went out for our college friend, Mark's 30th birthday. Brett did very well with Lily given the fact that he had never changed a diaper before!  Between 6-8pm on Saturday night, he changed 3!  :)

Lily had her first bath today that she actually liked! She usually screams her head off, but not today, woowhoo!  She is smiling more and more everyday, its so cute. (I'm still not quick enough with the camera though!) She is sleeping a solid 4 hours through the night now, only waking up once to feed.  Hurray!
Happy Girl!

So clean.  :)

How can you not love her?

Tonight we are going to go visit Aunt Briana and Uncle Bunk in the city before we pick up Daddy from volleyball.  We're excited!

Smile!

We have reached a huge milestone for Miss Lily...her fist smile! :)  She smiled for Grandma Louise yesterday then today she smiled for Daddy!  No pictures of her smile yet, hopefully she will hold her beautiful grin long enough for me to snap a photo.  Stay tuned!

5 Weeks Already!?

Wow, 5 weeks has flown by! Well, sorta. It seems like we have had her forever but 5 weeks has gone so quickly. Lily is growing like a little weed and is already out of newborn clothing...sniff sniff. Here are some pictures from this week!

5 weeks old today!

We had a few firsts this week, Lily's first trip to the King of Prussia mall - she got all dolled up in a cute dress -and her first time out to a restaurant with Brian and I. She was so good at both! She did cry when we were leaving the mall, but I cry too when I have to stop shopping. :)
Lily's first shopping trip!

Brian got sick this week, so when he held her, he wore a mask...Sorry Bri, the picture is just too funny not to post! xoxo

We hope that Grandpa John feels better soon, he is so upset about Big Ben that he got himself sent to the hospital! ;) No really, John, we hope you are feeling better soon and get a clean bill of health and can go home very soon.

Well that's it for now. Check back for updates and more pictures!

Love you all!!
