More Zoo Fun and a Carnival

It's been a fun week and weekend.  The weather has been just beautiful and we've been enjoying it as much as we can before summer is over.  Friday, we ventured to the zoo again but this time with Mommy's friend Aly and her son Josh.  The kids loved seeing the gorillas and eating ice cream.  Afterwards, we stopped over to see Baby Pia and Aunt Briana again.  Such a cutie!!!

Saturday, we put on our rain boots and had fun at the SAP carnival with Pops, Ba, Jack and Uncle Brett.  We ran into Bella and her Dad and the girls had an absolutely wonderful time going on rides and eating all the delicious food.

Weekend Fun!

We had an action packed weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday were full of fun!

Friday we spent the day at the Philly Zoo with Mom's good friend, Annie and her son Luke.  The kids had so much fun visiting the animals, Lily and Luke took a horse ride and all three kids rode the carousel.

Afterwards, we stopped by Aunt Briana's for a quick visit with Baby Pia.  Lily was thrilled to hold her baby cousin and Mommy love, love, loved getting her baby fix!

Saturday was a big day for both Lily and Johnny. Lily has gone two nights without wetting the bed (yahoo!) and Johnny needs a "real" and fitted pair of shoes! So, we headed to the mall bright and early, got there before they even opened the store doors so we were walking around window shopping.  We passed the Disney store and someone yelled "Excuse me, is your name Lily???"  We all turned around and a worker at the Disney store asked if Lily could help them open the doors to the store.  Lily worked her magic to miraculously open the store ropes!  (Cutest thing ever!!)  Of course she got to pick out a little something special for her sleeping success then we were off to the shoe store for more fun.   Johnny LOVES his new bigger shoes - he wouldn't even take them off - and was so excited to walk, walk, walk all day!
