June has been SO fun! Between family days at the kids schools, birthday parties, playdates and end of year parties we've been super busy.
Kicking off June was Johnny's "family day" celebration at school. The kids played a baseball game while the parents cheered them on. Johnny knocked the ball outta the park! He was thrilled and celebrated by eating lots of pizza with his friend Gigi!
We keep moving through June with a few warm afternoons spent outside in the pool.
Lily and her best buddy Madelyn have been spending a lot of time together. They get along so well and are always giggling.
The warm weather is also bringing out more trips to the playground. This particular evening, Mom and the kids headed to the playground before meeting Daddy for dinner. It was great!
Next, it was Uncle Brett's birthday. He joined us for dinner and cupcakes! He also was read to by Miss Lily.
The next day, the school district closed for Senior graduation so we spent the morning at Linvilla. The kids enjoyed feeding the animals before playing on the playground.
The next day was Field Day at Lily's school. The kids got to participate in a few kindergarten events and play on the fun slides. The kids even beat the grown-ups in tug of war. And the girls beat the boys! Girl power!
Next week was the last week of school and Lily's school party. The party fell on flag day, so many of the kids were decked out in their stars and stripes.

he next night we went to dinner with Bella and her parents in Media for Dining Under the Stars. The girls loved being together and Johnny loved having another big sister to follow around.
