Right after the concert, we headed down to Pia's house to celebrate her 3rd birthday. The kids had so much fun playing together! Ba, Pops and Jack were also down there at a fun campground, where we spent Saturday at the lake and pool. Lily had an accident and ran into the wall at the pool and scratched her face up. She handled it well and is recovering nicely. On Sunday we celebrated Pia with the entire Tharp and Mitchell clan. It was the best!
This past week, Lily had another fun week at camp but stayed home Friday while Mom worked from home. We took a lunch break together and went to the nearby trail for some exercise and vitamin D. Lily rode her bike and Mom ran to keep up. It was the best lunch date I've had in a while!

Over the weekend, we had some friends and their parents over. The kids performed a show for the adults and enjoyed pizza and sparklers.
Sunday was a beautiful day and we spent the day outside playing. Lily went off to the pool with her buddies and Johnny hung at the house and played on the slip and slide. He had the best time, until he got stung by a bee. But he recovered well and was back to his jolly self a few minutes later.
