Uncle Tony's 30th!

This weekend we celebrated Uncle Tony's Surprise birthday party on a boat in Margate City with lots of friends and family.  Lily was so excited to get on the "big boat in the big wawa".  She loved every moment, especially dancing to the great music.  This week was also Aunt Briana's 30th!  Happy birthday to Lily's very special Aunt and Uncle!

Lily loves to dance and play pretend.  She and Daddy had a dance party on Friday night, followed by a mandatory nap on the couch.

On Friday afternoon, Lily and Mom went to visit Grammy Louise and her new puppy, Finn.  Lily enjoyed throwing the ball to Finn and had fun outside jumping.  Lily hammed it up for the camera, making lots of silly faces.

Uncle came to dinner this week and played games with Lily.

 Saturday morning we went for a walk and on our way, we found a lost box turtle!  We brought him home for a little bit, before returning him to a nearby creek so he get back to his family.  Lily thought it was pretty cool!

 Saturday afternoon, we went to Anderson's 3rd birthday party.  Lily loved swimming with Dad and playing on the dinosaur. But her FAVORITE part was eating cupcakes!  Blue cupcakes!!

Flowers, Fashion, Bedtime Antics and a Trip to the Zoo

Not too much new to report this week.  We have been having fun playing outside and watching Lily's movie of the month, Monsters Inc.  Lily loves to pick flowers for Mommy when we're outside.  This past week, she picked me a small bouquet.  Beautiful!

And our funny little lady decided to stay up wayyy past bedtime on Friday night. We put her to bed at 8:30pm and here is a video from 10pm on Friday night. Lily was apparently really upset with baby and tossed her from bed. She continued to scold baby.....poor baby! Video: Bedtime Antics

Sunday morning we decided to visit the Philly Zoo to go see some horses.  Lily only wanted to see horses and everywhere we stopped along the way, she reminded us as to why we were really at the zoo.  Lucky for Lily, the Zoo had horse and pony rides! She rode her first horse and pony in one day!! Lily and Mom rode a horse together and Lily rode the pony all by herself.  She was so excited after both animal rides, jumping up and down.  It was such a site!  What a wonderful morning!

A princess party, pools and a bounce house!

Lily has been keeping busy over the last week or so with lots of fun events.  First, she had a princess party at school because all of the boys were on vacation one day.  She dressed up her tutu and pretty princess hair bow and came home with a tiara, wand and princess mirror that she made with her princess friends.

Lily continues to crack us up daily, with her silly cheese smiles and has learned to spit.....sigh. It is funny while its in the bathtub or pool.......not on the kitchen floor.  She also loves pigtails!!

On Friday, Lily and Mommy headed up to Ba, Pops and Jack's house to spend the night since Daddy was having friends in for the weekend.  We had so much fun visiting.  We went swimming then went to the club house! Lily really enjoyed jumping into the water with Mommy and riding the "boat".  She had a blast running around with Jack and even completed one of the obstacle courses by herself (with the help of Jack!)!  After a restful night's sleep, we woke up and went swimming again and bounced on the trampoline!

We left Saturday afternoon to get back down to the Philly area for a party with Mom's friends.  It was so great for Lily...they had a bounce house!!! Lily spent hours in there bouncing and rolling around.

When it was time to leave, we headed over to Anderson's house for a sleepover since Dad still had friends over.  Lily and Anderson woke up and watched Sunday morning cartoons and then we went swimming again in Anderson's pool!  What a fun filled weekend!!
