Drexel Babies

This weekend a few of Mom's Drexel friends came over with their kids to play.  Lily had a ball playing with everyone and sharing her toys.  Lily is getting 2 more teeth which means we've had a cranky baby on our hands but we're getting through it.

We picked our first tomato from the garden and she carried it in her garden bag for the rest of the evening.

Outside fun

We've been spending a lot of time outside lately, watering the plants and playing, of course! Lily loves playing with the hose and helps water the plants aka the grass.  She hasn't quite mastered pouring the water or understand why she is doing it but it's very sweet to see her help.  Over the weekend Lily got to play with her friend, Ellie all day.  Out in the sandbox, in the sprinkler and on toy cars.  A fun, fun weekend!!

A Quick Trip to da 'Burgh

Just call us the traveling Bozic's.  We spent last weekend in Pittsburgh visiting with Grandma, Grandpa and Kristin.  We came in to support Grandma in her charity event for the Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center.  Mom and Dad had a great time while Lily stayed home with a wonderful neighbor and swam in her pool and played with her puppy.  It was a short visit but Lily got to pick her first raspberry from Grandma's raspberry bush and entertained everyone with her funny faces.  She had fun playing in the sprinkler with Aunt Krissy and dipping her feet into the goldfish pond.  Although our visit was short, it was a great time and we are looking forward to our trip back later this summer!

The Midwest!

For 4th of July weekend, we packed our bags and boarded a plane to Kansas City, MO for the weekend.  Pops' family is from the Midwest so we went to visit and boy did we have fun seeing so many relatives.  Lily got to swim in Bill & Julie's pool, where we stayed, went on her first boat ride with the whole family and saw her first fireworks.  We also got to celebrate the MacNeill twins 3rd birthday party with them at a children's museum.  It was Lily's first trip to a kids museum too!  She was in awe of all of the kids and the fun stuff!  We had a wonderful time visiting with everyone! The weekend flew by way too fast, we would have loved to stay longer.  We miss everyone already and are looking forward to seeing them all again.
