Easter Weekend

The weeks are flying by, Easter already!?  We kicked off the weekend with Isabella and Gina at the Tot Lot in Media on Friday.  It's a wonderful little kids park made of all plastic!  The girls had a great time playing together. We spent Easter weekend in Allentown with Mom’s family. Saturday night at Grandma Louise’s and Sunday afternoon at Ba & Pops’. Lily had lots of fun!  She gave us lots of laughs on Saturday night with a giant strawberry, went to a park in Grandma Louise’s neighborhood and swung on the big swings and participated in her first Easter egg hunt on Sunday!  Lots of pictures….enjoy!!

Spring!

Finally, spring is here!! We have spent a lot of time outside lately, chasing after Lily and playing with her toys. Her favorite thing to do right now is play with her blue chalk.  Not pink...blue. She loves walking around in the evenings and look at the trees and plants in the yard.  Inside, Dad has taught her how to stack her blocks, she's up to 4!

This week marked Lily's first big accident.  A fall onto a broken piece of glass outside took us to the ER Sunday evening. Amazingly enough, she wasn't really phased by the whole thing and was really only annoyed because she was hungry and missed her afternoon nap.  She ended up with 3 little stitches in her left palm.  She is one tough cookie!

Weekend in Da'Burgh

The Bozic clan traveled to Pittsburgh last week and had a great visit with Grandma & Grandpap Bozic.   The first night we were there, the Baxter's (Aaron, Missy and Ellie) also stayed over night so Lily had a friend to play with and follow around all night. Lily and Ellie played with Dad's old wooden train set and blocks along with Ellie's dinosaurs and cars. The next day Lily got to spend a whole day with G&G Bozic while Mom, Dad and some friends went to the Pirates home opener. It was a fun day for everyone! After the game, Lily got to try Sir Pizza, Dad's favorite pizza in the whole world.  Needless to say, she loved it! 

The next day was Dad's birthday.  Happy birthday, Dad!!!  We took a super fun trip to Costco to pick up Lily's Easter present from G&G Bozic...a giant sandbox!! Lily loved playing in the empty display sandbox but loved pushing the flat cart even more. She made a lot of people laugh! 
Lily had so much fun the whole weekend. She went on long walks with Grandma, played the piano and even shared a banana with Grandpap all while continuing to improve those walking skills, pointing and gabbing away, "dah, dah, dah!". She is turning into such a goof, making cheesey faces and playing with her mouth.  It's adorable!!  We have lots of pictures, so enjoy!!

Mobile Monster

It's official, we have a walker!  WOW.  She quickly is gaining her balance and is no longer walking like Frankenstein.  We've been having a ball with Lily the past few weeks.  She is full of smiles, giggles and loves to point at everything to find out what it is.   She also loves to drink out of grown-up cups!  She hasn't quite grasped the fact of swallowing all of the water but it's a start.  We love our little independent Lily!
