God Bless Johnny

Sunday, September 22nd, Johnny was baptized.  He looked like a little cherub in the baptism gown and both Lily and Johnny were superstars at church.  Thank you to everyone who came and shared in the special day.

Lily was lucky enough to see her friend, Bella, two days this weekend.  First, Bella came over and played for the afternoon at our house.  The girls had a blast being silly and got to play with sparklers once it got dark.  The next morning, we had gymnastics and after that, we met Bella and her Mom at the county fair.  The girls had so much fun going on rides and playing games.

Lily headed back to school this week and is absolutely loving seeing all of her friends and is enjoying her new teacher.  Johnny misses Lily all day but likes to have Mommy all to himself. We've been taking advantage of the nice weather and have been spending a lot of time outside.  Lily absolutely loves to help Mom and Dad in the yard.  She had a fun time pulling up weeds and grass this weekend and planting two new butterfly bushes!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great Labor Day weekend, a visit to the zoo, relaxing at the house, visiting Mom's Aunt and Uncle so they could meet Johnny and going to a party with Mom's friends.  The party was Lily's favorite.  They had a bounce house! And Johnny is 3 months old already and such a big, solid boy!
