DISNEY CRUISE!!!

We have the BEST Santa!  He sent us away to the Caribbean during a cold streak in PA.  We started off in Miami, stayed in a swanky hotel on Ocean Drive in the heart of town. We had a great Mexican dinner and popped by the Miami Beach for a few minutes before heading to the port. We waited in line "forever", according to the kids, before leaving the US and out to sea.

Up early Day 1, the kids and Mom toured the boat before Daddy got up.

Later that morning, we headed out to Nassau to swim with the dolphins and play in the water at Atlantis all day.  Johnny was most excited because Michael Jackson stayed at Atlantis!  Lily LOVED the dolphins! The aquarium was impressive, as were the grounds and the water slides.  It was a super cool place!!!

On the ship, we had a great dinner, chased characters for autographs, hung out with Mom's BFF, Amy, and her family who opted in on the cruise at the last minute.  It was so great!  The kids had a ball with Annabelle and Piper!

Day 2 - We visited Castaway Cay.  It was a perfect beach day!!! Lily was super excited about her hair braids!!!  Pirate night was later that night. Boy, was it a fun, fun time!! The girls squeezed their ways into a fantastic spot!!

Day 3 and 4 we sailed the ocean blue until it was time to leave.  Lily and Daddy went to a Royal Princess Tea and on our last dinner, Lily met Flynn Rider (Tangled), her first favorite Disney hero!  It was bitter sweet to say goodbye but we had such a GREAT first cruise experience!!!!

December!

I'm a little behind lately... too busy soaking it all in.  December was the greatest!  Holiday celebrations, family and of course, SANTA!!!!! 

In December, we

• Decorated the house amazingly!
• Went to Kalahari with friends
• Visited Santa!
• Went shopping, then shopped some more
• Made snow globes with friends
• Went to see the Longwood Christmas lights with Auntie A
• Had fun class parties and a school sing-a-long
• Saw the new Star Wars Movie
• Hosted two family Christmas'
• Got a visit from Santa!!!! Santa was so good to us this year and got us a Disney Cruise!  
• Visited Pittsburgh for more family time and fun!
