Within a week, Lily experienced her first earthquake and hurricane. The earthquake happened when she was at school on Tuesday, August 23rd. Just some lightly shaking ground, everyone was fine and it was kind of cool to experience. Four days later the east coast experienced a crazy hurricane, named Irene. We were in the path of this girl so we stocked up on non-perishables, bought a generator (finally!) and hunkered in for the weekend. We lost power for about 24 hours but Daddy worked his generator magic and brought Mickey and Elmo back to life on TV. PHEW! Lily really liked the hurricane, all of her outside toys came inside to play and she got 200% of Mom and Dad's attention. Lucky for us, Irene just blew down a few branches and we're going to get a head start on our fall leaf collection.

| "Yes Mom, I AM SO BIG. Now please for the love of God, stop asking me this question." I think we're taking a break from the "How big is Lily" game. :-) |
We're headed to 'da Burgh tomorrow for a long weekend with the whole Bozic clan. Lots of pictures to come!!
