It's been a fun few weeks. Lily's buddy Sammie had her 7th birthday party at the Movie Tavern, seeing Moana. Lily absolutely loved it! Especially the waiter who brought her popcorn when she pushed the magical button.
And then, Lily lost another tooth...This time on the bottom. Two days later she lost another one on the bottom!
Last Friday, we had our breakfast at Lily's school. We went with all of our neighbors and it was a great start to a day. Lily was proud to show Johnny the Bobcat (and show off her brother in general) and Johnny was thrilled to see the Bobcat from afar.
Last Saturday, we headed to Aunt Briana's and Uncle Tony's for the annual early Tharp Christmas. The kids loved hanging out, making crafts and of course, opening gifts. I'd have to say the hit of the weekend was Uncle Brett's gift to all of the kiddo's, Pie Face. Everyone was in stitches! We also celebrated Ba's birthday!
Monday morning, our elf (Taylay), brought Lily and Johnny PJ's they could color to wear for Santa. Lily and Johnny loved coloring....but Lily's attention span was a bit greater than Johnny's!
We continued the week with Lily's holiday concert on Tuesday. The whole school took turns singing to the parents and fellow students. The first grade did AMAZING and got the loudest roar of applause with their rendition of "hip hop reindeer"...Ask Lily to sing this for you! Here she is with her man crew.
Thursday morning was PJ day for Lily at school so we wrapped up breakfast quickly for a game of Kerplunk. Needless to say, the kids LOVED it. We played 4 more games later that night.
Thursday was not only PJ day but it was also Lily's holiday party. Mom got to come to the party and help out with breakfast and crafts. The kids had a blast!
