February!

February flew by!  After our amazing trip to Disney, we launched back into winter sports, starting with a soccer tournament for Lily's team.  We came in 2nd place playing against girls a year older.  It was great competition and super fun for everyone.  

Next we went bowling with Johnny's buddy Beckham and his family.  Lily was a good sport with all of the boys! 

Then it was Valentines Day.  Johnny's class party was on the 13th and was a great time.  We made a clothespin craft, exercised for Healthy Heart month and made Valentines bags for the exchange.  Johnny loved it! 

On Valentine's Day, the kids woke up to their cards and surprises. 

Over President's Day, Maddie came over for a bit and the kids came up with a skittles experiment. 

AND THEN.....Johnny started hockey!!!  He is a natural and loves, loves, lovessssss it so much! 

Mid February was also the kids 100th and 101st day of school  Johnny's class dressed like dalmatians for the 101st day!

Johnny loves his Daddy.....always asking for pictures.  

The end of February was the "She and Me" (daddy-daughter) dance for Lily's brownie troop.  She had a lot of fun, especially the ice cream treat at a nearby restaurant afterwards! 

Grammy came in for the night and did some milk and food coloring experiments with the kids.  Super cool!!
