The Zoo & The Jungle Book

Another summer weekend in the books!  We spent Friday afternoon at the Philly Zoo.  Face painting, recycling simulation fun, dippin' dots, carousel rides and lots of animals!

They played here for at least 45 minutes.  Putting recyclable items on the belt and turning the wheel to move the items into the recycling bin.

We saw the tigers and had a picture taken inside.  

Next onto some fun in the tree house area.  Johnny had to use the potty so, no pics of him!

Off to the big animals before heading home.  

Saturday, we were lucky enough to have a friend give us tickets to the Media Theater's -The Jungle Book show.  It was a lot of fun! We all dressed up and then had a nice family lunch after.  

Ready for the show!!  Johnny dressed himself to look like Daddy...with a tie. 

And a Happy Saturday ice cream sandwich treat.  How could you say no to this face?
